What You’ll Come Away With:

My goal is to help you cultivate radical, full-blown hope in God because of the complete confidence you’ll have in His love for you as well as His ability to protect you and pick you up in any place of pain. Together, we’ll uncover deep areas of pain that you may or may not know exist, and (with the integration of Sozo tools) we’ll get to the roots of how your beliefs are impacting your relationships, behaviors, and areas of inaction.

You’ll discover why you do the things you don’t want to do, and your encounters with God will transform your heart. There’s no need to strive to discipline yourself, put on a pretty face, just “be better” or “fix yourself." I create safe space to receive healing through life-changing coaching encounters with Jesus.

Biography:

I’m a dual-certified Transformational Coach through Kingdom Coaching Institute and an Encounter Coach through Leadership Metaformation with seven years of pastoral ministry experience in the local church. I specialize in trauma-informed care, creating safe places for my clients to process emotions and gain a higher perspective of what the Holy Spirit is building in them through their own life’s experiences. This work can be challenging and heavy, but I like to have fun along the way by incorporating light-hearted moments of celebration!

I’m passionate about this work because of my own history of trauma and loss. In my first marriage, I was a victim of sexual assault and abuse; I suffered complex PTSD as a result. I’ve also struggled with an autoimmune illness and infertility, and all of these situations have led me into deeper encounters with God as I’ve worked through my doubts about God’s goodness, gained confidence in my worthiness to receive love, and reconstructed my identity with Him. Raising awareness and building resiliency is such a huge part of what I am passionate about because I desire to help women have a safe place to process emotional, spiritual or physical abuse like I never had!

When I am not coaching, I work as the Site Director of the Office on Violence Against Women at Simpson University in Redding, CA. I also teach online spiritual formation courses at United Theological Seminary. After work, you can find me stargazing, enjoying live jazz, or watching stand-up comedy with my husband, JC, and my Bichon Frisé puppy, Walton.
