Who Qualifies
Bethel students
All currently enrolled Bethel students (BSSM, BSSM Online, and the BSSM Freedom Course) with an assigned RGP, mentor, or overseer are eligible. Alumni are not eligible.
Bethel staff
All current Bethel staff are eligible for the staff discount.
The Student & Staff Rate
Bethel students and staff pay $85 per appointment, instead of the standard $115.
The discount only applies to current students and staff, not alumni.

How to Get the Discount
We’re working with your RGPs and mentors to serve you well and ensure you have a great experience.
Students
- By default, you’ll be charged the standard $115 rate
- To receive the $85 student rate, sign a Release of Information form authorizing your current Bethel school team (RGP or mentor, and administrative personnel)
- The release lets them discuss and receive existing account information with us. It does not let them make changes to your account
- Your discount ends when you graduate or are no longer enrolled in the year of BSSM you indicated on your forms. Request a new release if yours is out of date, and contact our office once it’s complete so we can apply your discount
Staff
- By default, you’ll be charged the standard $115 rate
- To receive the $85 staff rate, provide your job title, supervisor, and department name on your intake form where prompted
- If your department is paying for your session, authorize them for billing permissions in your release or intake form
- Once you’ve released them, we need confirmation from your department and must set up your gifted sessions before credits can be applied. If you book before then, your card on file will be charged automatically
Bethel Student Process
All Bethel students eligible* for a $30 discount
Your RGP or mentor completes the recommendation form.
You submit your contact info on our website.
You complete the intake process and book your appointment.
You complete the exit form during the last 10 minutes of your session. Your RGP or mentor receives an email notification.
You pay the $85* discounted rate (minus any school scholarship).
You pay the non-student rate of $115*, and we can’t confirm if you’re a client.

School Scholarships
If your RGP sends you to the Transformation Center and scholarships a portion or all of the cost, your Bethel school will cover part of your session(s), up to $85.
If your RGP or mentor has discussed a partial or full scholarship with us, make sure we’ve received a completed recommendation form from them. If it isn’t received before your appointment, you’ll be charged the full appointment cost. Please confirm that our office has received it before you book, since Bethel schools do not offer reimbursements for sessions at the Transformation Center.
Some of our ministers may not be available to see clients at a discounted rate. If a specific minister is your priority, you are welcome to pay our standard rate.
Good to Know
Do you offer discounts to alumni?
No. We do not currently offer discounts to alumni. If you need financial assistance, please contact our front desk.
Is this discount only for BSSM students?
No. It’s available to all currently enrolled Bethel students with an assigned RGP, mentor, or overseer.
