Book or Change Appointment

You will NOT be able to book with us if:

You haven’t yet been matched with a member of our team.
After your intake forms are fully completed and we’ve reviewed them, you’ll get a confirmation email with the name of your minister and a link to book.

Your last appointment was before August 2020.
We’ve updated our client portal system since then, and we’ll need new intake forms before you’ll be able to book.

If you’re attempting to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time, please call our reception desk at (530) 229-7909.

Late cancellations & no-shows are charged the full appointment cost.
