Book or reschedule appointments by logging into the client portal.

 

If you’re attempting to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time, please call our reception desk.

*Late cancellations & no-shows are charged the full appointment cost.

If you’re a new client and haven’t been matched with a team member:

  • Until your intake forms are fully complete and we’ve sent you a confirmation email with the name of your minister and a link to book your first appointment, you’ll be unable to book.

If your last appointment was before August 2020:

  • We’ve updated our client portal system and need new intake forms before you can book. Please fill out the interest form so we can send you the applicable paperwork.
