Biography:

After working for 20 years in the health industry, I joined BSSM in 2007 and came to the Transformation Center soon after. My passion is to see people live whole spiritually, emotionally, and physically. In my journey as a therapist, I’ve never seen such fast and thorough freedom as with the tools I gained from working with the Sozo team here in Redding.

As a minister, I began to study the correlation that trauma has on the body’s ability to heal, and I discovered that healing often requires a spiritual reconnect. I believe that until trauma is released from the body, the body holds onto it at the cellular level, which influences the body’s ability to heal. I developed the Limbic Release Protocol to help my clients release suppressed or stuck emotions that keep them looped in revolving, damaging thought patterns. This reframing of emotional and mental constructs enables a person to realign with Kingdom identity, resulting in freedom and wholeness.

I’m a mother of three and a grandmother of four. I work so that I can kayak. I also love traveling, gardening, and having fun; I’m always looking for my next adventure. I’m a global leader with a wellness company, and I love to teach about wellness while traveling. I’m an ENFP who believes that every stranger is just a friend I haven’t met yet, and I can’t wait to meet you!
