What You’ll Come Away With:
We all experience crap in life sometimes. But even in the midst of experiencing heavy things, I love to stay playful and lighthearted. I’ll help you normalize, process, and release any emotions that you’re feeling, so that you’re no longer confused, overwhelmed, or stuck in a swirl. You’ll walk away with self-awareness and practical next steps for navigating your transition because you’ll have gained clarity of where you’ve been, where you currently are, and where you’re going!

Biography:

In the late 90s before I knew Jesus, I woke up one day and realized that I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror; my life didn’t match my values. Without knowing exactly why, I turned on the radio to a Christian station and fell asleep to the music. I woke up multiple times that night, and each time the same song was playing about a tapestry being woven by God. As I listened to the music, I felt God cover me in warmth and heard the words '“it’ll be okay.” I recognized the voice from my childhood experiences in church, and it confirmed that God was always with me whether I acknowledged Him or not. It was a turning point in my life because I began to walk through my pain with God as I co-created with Him the life that I truly wanted.

This experience fueled my passion for ministry, inner healing, and discipleship. In addition to my professional experience in graphic design, journalism, and pro-golf instructing, I’ve also spent the last 20 years as a licensed minister adventuring in missions and church planting. All these skills and experiences enhance my coaching because I’ve personally navigated many seasons of change and transition. Throughout my life’s journey, I’ve become confident that although change can make things uncomfortable, it can also usher in greater connection with yourself, God, and others. I walk with people through the ups and downs of life bringing clarity, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose and motivation.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner who’s constantly curious, reading, and studying. My passions include creativity, water, travel, fun, and of course, my family. I’ve been married for 20 years, have four children, and a hilarious Boston terrier who all make me laugh daily.
