What You’ll Come Away With:

I specialize in helping my clients integrate all three parts of their being - body, soul, and spirit. I’ve discovered that most of us don’t know what’s happening internally because we’re not self-aware of our bodies, but regaining this connection is key to your full healing. If you’re physically sick, you often have trauma that’s either caused by the sickness itself OR your past trauma led to the disease in the first place. I’ll help you release trauma and grief from your body and reconnect to both yourself & God in those places of pain.

Biography:

I’ve worked with the Transformation Center as both a Sozo minister and pastoral counselor for 11 years. I moved to Redding, CA in 2007 after the death of my late husband.

Because of my life experience and personal loss, I focus on counseling others through their own grief process. Most of us have experienced loss in our life in one way or another, and I find that releasing trauma from our past helps us to move forward again. That’s why another focus of mine is body work and trauma release through Sozo ministry. It’s an amazing adventure to watch how God encounters each person so individually.

I remarried a wonderful man in 2012, and I have 2 beautiful grown daughters, a son-in-law, and 3 grandchildren.  I love exploring the amazing forests, lakes and waterfalls that are in Northern CA. Spending time in the Redwoods is one of my favorite things to do!  I also enjoy being creative artistically and love interior design too.
