Biography:

I’ve been at the Transformation Center since early 2020. I blend my formal clinical training with my spiritual training to form an effective treatment that addresses the whole person. In my integrated approach, we work together to journey into deeper connectedness with God while we process your past experiences, your present moment, and your hopes for the future. I believe that most healing comes through the art of being connected to God, ourselves and others.

In my own story, I’ve experienced God’s healing to overcome dysfunctional patterns of codependency, denial of pain, performance, and self-rejection. These patterns were solidified as a child when my parents divorced after my Dad had multiple affairs. These wounds were re-triggered when my church pastors (my spiritual parents) also divorced. Through a series of God-encounters with the Transformational Prayer ministry, I stopped using denial as self-protection. I embraced the reality of who I was as well as the gift of forgiveness and wholeness from Jesus. Through this process of surrender, I reconnected to my heart, learned to accept all parts of myself, and healed from the trauma that was keeping me in a state of people-pleasing and enabling others. I now have richer and deeper relationships than I ever could have imagined.

I’ve been married for nearly two decades and have four beautiful children. I love people, the arts, and the outdoors. I live a full life and have learned a lot through my own life experiences and training. I am passionate about inner-healing, personal growth and healthy connection to God and people.
